Electric Price is an online appliance store. We work to make our information and services usable by people with disabilities.
Our accessibility approach
Our accessibility work is based on applicable Israeli requirements and Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1, level AA. This statement describes implemented adjustments and contact channels. The tools do not replace evaluation of content and workflows.
Adjustments and tools
- Skip-to-content link, headings, form labels and named controls.
- Visible keyboard focus. Panels can be closed with Escape.
- Tools for text size, contrast, spacing, font and underlined links.
- A control pauses animation and automatic slide changes while prices and offer deadlines remain current.
- Alternative descriptions for identified product images and Hebrew, English and Russian interfaces.
Keyboard and zoom
Tab moves forward and Shift+Tab moves back. Enter or Space activates controls according to their type. Use Ctrl and + (Command on Mac) for browser zoom. Toolbar preferences are stored locally in the browser and are not sent to an external service.
Checks, ongoing work and alternatives
Defined technical and manual interface checks have been performed. Comprehensive screen-reader testing, all catalogue content, the complete purchase workflow and external payment services still require evaluation. Some components or content may need correction. Contact us about difficulties so we can investigate and offer suitable help or an alternative.
Service accessibility and contact
The shop operates online and is not a physical retail store. The office is at 6 HaHalil Street, Rishon LeZion. Before visiting, contact us to arrange the visit and discuss adjustments. We do not list physical accessibility arrangements that have not been verified.

Choose “Accessibility” in the form. Include a page link, the difficulty, attempted action and browser or assistive technology if relevant. A medical diagnosis is not needed. The shop stores the enquiry in its enquiry centre for handling.
