01Store and scope of terms
Electric Price is an online appliance store with no physical shop or showroom. Our office is at 6 HaHalil Street, Rishon LeZion, postcode 7557406. Notices may also be posted to this address. Large-product returns require logistical coordination, without limiting the right to submit cancellation notice on time.
These terms cover site use and orders. Mandatory Israeli law prevails. Consumer rights do not require waiving them. Business-use purchases are assessed by the transaction’s nature and applicable law; an invoice in a business name alone does not determine classification.
02Orders and stock availability
A catalogue listing does not establish purchase availability. Products marked “Availability being checked” cannot be purchased until store stock and price are confirmed. Supplier or importer stock is not the same as available store stock. Adding to the basket does not reserve a unit.
Provide accurate details and check model, quantity, finish and address before submitting. Automatic acknowledgement records receipt of the order; handling and delivery status are supplied separately. The store will not change model, colour, price or a material date without customer consent.
If an ordered product proves unavailable or cannot be supplied on agreed terms, the customer will be informed promptly. Waiting or an alternative model is optional. If the transaction is not fulfilled, or the customer cancels because of non-delivery, the full amount is refunded and the charge cancelled without cancellation fees. Stock shortages do not permit indefinite retention of funds or denial of a legal remedy.
03Prices, promotions and payment
Prices are in shekels and include applicable taxes. Before payment, the product price, delivery charges, chosen additional services and total are displayed. Installation, crane service, dismantling and extras are excluded unless explicitly included. An unpresented, unapproved extra is not charged automatically.
Coupons and promotions follow published participating-product, validity, quantity and combination terms. Future price changes do not alter an already concluded transaction. A genuine material price or specification error will be assessed and promptly raised with the customer, not treated as a blanket right to cancel any order. Correction, new agreement or cancellation follows the law, with a full refund if the store does not fulfil the transaction.
Purchases require an authorised payment method and valid charge approval. Do not provide card details or security codes in service forms. Substantiated fraud or unauthorised-use concerns may pause processing for proportionate checks; amounts collected for an unfulfilled transaction are returned according to law.
04Delivery, transport and installation
The binding delivery areas, dates, operating days and charges are those disclosed and agreed in the order. Next-day delivery, where offered for a model, is limited to central Israel and subject to the locations, order cut-off and delivery days published in the offer. Do not rely on a generic fast-delivery symbol without checking the model and address conditions.
Disclose stairs, small lifts, narrow passages, crane needs or unusual access in advance. Relevant extra charges will be checked and presented for consent. If safe delivery is impossible, a solution is coordinated. Incorrect details or absence causing delay are documented; repeat delivery is charged only when legally agreed, without bypassing cancellation rights.
Security situations, authority instructions, exceptional weather or operational disruption causing delay will be communicated promptly with available options. They are not automatic exemptions from all liability and do not remove cancellation rights for non-delivery. Electrical or gas appliances must be installed under manufacturer instructions by appropriately qualified or licensed professionals. Do not operate before required installation or instruction.
When a new appliance is delivered, removal of a similar old appliance is free under applicable law and procedure. Coordinate beforehand, disconnect safely and clear access. Exceptional work such as dismantling or a crane is priced separately only where permitted and explained in advance.
05Specifications, dimensions and delivery checks
Compare the exact model number with manufacturer specifications and installation drawings. External dimensions are not recess dimensions or fit approval; allow ventilation, doors, connections and delivery access. The customer is responsible for accurate site and access measurements, but this does not remove the store’s responsibility for incorrect information it provided.
Photos may show illustrative accessories not included. The binding contents are those listed in the offer and transaction document. Screen-display differences do not permit delivery of a different colour or product. Contact service if details conflict or are missing.
Check model, packaging and visible damage on delivery and promptly document damage with photos and a service notice. Signing receipt or not reporting immediately does not automatically waive defect, hidden-damage or non-conformity rights. Do not repair a damaged product yourself before coordination, to avoid further damage and preserve professional assessment.
06Cancellation of a distance sale
For distance purchases, cancellation may be notified from the transaction until 14 days after receiving the product or legally required transaction document, whichever is later. For cancellation unrelated to a defect or breach, a fee up to 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, may apply. Automatic handling, packaging or shipping extras may not increase that cap.
No cancellation fee applies for defects, non-conformity, late delivery or another store breach. If delivered, the customer makes the product available at its delivery location. For ordinary cancellation after delivery, returning it to the business and return transport are the customer’s responsibility; a return service may be agreed for a pre-approved charge.
The store refunds amounts paid, less lawful cancellation fees where applicable, and cancels the charge within 14 days of receiving the notice. A lawful refund is not replaced with store credit without consent. Partial cancellation, separately completed services and special transactions follow relevant rules, not a blanket predetermined deduction.
07Product condition and special rights
Opening packaging or using a product does not automatically remove distance-sale cancellation rights. Keep packaging, parts and accessories and pack safely for return. Proven substantial deterioration and loss of value may support a damages claim under law; there is no fixed packaging-opening penalty or automatic offset without legal grounds.
Persons with disabilities, senior citizens and new immigrants as legally defined may qualify for cancellation within four months of the transaction, product receipt or transaction document, whichever is later, when the transaction included communication with the trader, including electronically. Eligibility checks follow law and use only necessary information.
The exception for goods specially manufactured following the transaction to personal requirements applies only when legal conditions and proper disclosure are met. Ordering a standard catalogue model, even from a supplier or out of stock, does not automatically make it a “special order”. Other exceptions apply only as provided by law.
08Sending a cancellation notice
The site has a direct cancellation link that works without signing in. Notices may also be sent by registered post to the office and through active service channels listed below, including email and telephone when published. The site form is not mandatory and prior approval is not needed for a lawful cancellation notice.
Provide the purchaser’s name and information identifying the transaction, such as order number or model and purchase date. Any additional identifier legally required will be requested proportionately through a suitable channel. Do not attach identification photos, card details or passwords. A cancellation reason may help handling but is not a notice requirement.
A saved-notice acknowledgement includes a reference number and receipt time. It records receipt, not completion of a refund. Keep it. Lack of a service reply neither cancels the customer’s notice nor postpones receipt.
09Warranty and after-sales service
Importer, service provider, warranty period and conditions are supplied in the offer and transaction documents. Extended warranties and benefits follow disclosed conditions and do not replace mandatory warranties. New electrical, electronic and gas goods above ₪150, where covered by the regulations, are subject to after-sales warranty and service rules, including a one-year warranty, subject to legal start dates and exceptions.
Claims of customer-caused damage from contrary use, unauthorised repair or external causes are assessed individually under legal burdens of proof. Warranty is not withdrawn wholesale. Referral to an importer’s workshop does not release the store from seller obligations or require waiving cancellation or non-conformity remedies.
10Site use and liability limits
Do not impersonate others, provide unauthorised payment details, disrupt the site, bypass security or copy content in breach of rights. Blocking harmful activity must be justified and proportionate. Trademarks, images and specifications belong to their rights holders; purchase grants no copying licence.
The store makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information and normal operation, but faults and external links outside its control may occur. Absolute continuity of third-party services is not guaranteed. Liability limits apply only as law permits; these terms do not exempt mandatory liability, misleading representations, consumer-rights violations or damage whose liability cannot be limited.
11Personal information and records
Information submitted for orders, service and cancellation is used to handle them, operate the store and satisfy legal records duties. Processing and cookies are covered by the separate privacy policy. An enquiry or agreement to terms is not advertising consent. Do not provide unnecessary personal information.
The terms version and offer at ordering are recorded for enquiries. System records are evidence that may be examined and challenged, not conclusive proof. Updates apply prospectively and do not harm rights created in an earlier transaction.
12Enquiries and applicable law
Israeli law applies. Jurisdiction follows law without restricting consumers in advance to an exclusive court that obstructs their rights. Service enquiries may help resolve issues but are not a prerequisite for exercising rights or proceedings. If a provision is invalid, the remainder continues as far as possible. Mandatory law prevails over any conflict.
13Pricing errors, technical faults and cancellation by the store
Electric Price may cancel a transaction because of a material error in the price, discount or offer terms, or unauthorised use of a payment method, only where there is a legal ground for cancellation. Each case will be examined individually, in good faith and within a reasonable time after discovery, and the customer will receive a reasoned notice. This includes considering whether the customer knew or should have known of a material error, subject to the applicable legal requirements.
Examples requiring review include discount stacking not permitted by the offer, a package discount applied to an ineligible replacement product, or an incorrect amount caused by a calculation fault. A system alert, a low price or a change in the transaction’s profitability does not by itself establish a right to cancel. Where unilateral cancellation is not legally available, the transaction will be corrected by agreement or another lawful procedure. A correctable clerical error will be handled under the law and is not, by itself, a ground for cancellation.
No price difference will be charged and no substitute product supplied without the customer’s express agreement. If the store cancels, it will refund the full amount paid for the cancelled portion, including charges for services that will not be supplied, and cancel related future charges; no cancellation fee or penalty will be imposed on the customer. Refunds will be made without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice, subject to any shorter mandatory legal deadline. A refund will not be replaced with a voucher without agreement. This clause does not exclude compensation or any other remedy due to the customer under law.
14Packages, coupons and benefits
The package composition, original models, prices and package discount will be stated in the offer and order summary. The package discount applies only to the original products designated as eligible. A product the customer replaces while configuring the package is charged at its applicable normal site price, without the package discount. The total price and savings will be recalculated and shown for approval before payment.
Coupons and benefits may not be combined unless expressly permitted by the offer. App benefits, gifts, free delivery and extended warranties apply only when expressly offered for the model under the published conditions, including validity, area, cap or required redemption. A design example, symbol or animation does not add a benefit that was not offered to the customer. A material condition not disclosed in advance will not be added after ordering.
Full or partial cancellation of a package is subject to statutory cancellation rights. Refunds will be based on the prices and discount allocation recorded in the order and applicable law, without an automatic penalty or retrospective charge not lawfully agreed. Return of a gift or accessory linked to a cancelled item will be handled under the law and the offer terms disclosed in advance.
15Saved carts, sharing and later payment
Saving or sharing a cart is not a binding order, inventory reservation or indefinite price or benefit guarantee. Opening the link triggers checks of current prices, validity and availability; a deleted or unavailable item will not be charged. Cart or price changes will be shown for review before purchase. If a contract has already been formed, a technical check does not permit unilateral changes to its price or terms; applicable law and the ordering and cancellation clauses govern.
A shared link may be accessible to anyone who holds it. Do not include payment details or sensitive personal information. Opening a link does not authorise charging its creator or transfer another person’s consent; the actual buyer reviews the items and accepts the purchase terms when placing the order.
16Order verification, consent and records
An order must be placed by a person with the legal capacity to do so or through an authorised representative, under applicable law. Order details must be accurate and payment methods authorised. The store may conduct relevant, proportionate identity, authorisation or amount checks and pause processing for a reasonable time needed for clarification. An automated alert is not proof of fraud or an independent cancellation ground; any cancellation is subject to the law and section 13.
Before an order is submitted, the terms link will be presented and active agreement required, without a preselected consent checkbox. The terms text, version and recording time are stored with the order for reference; this is not a declaration that the customer read every clause or a waiver of mandatory rights. Purchase consent is not advertising consent. Future updates do not retrospectively change an existing transaction’s terms.
